My research interest is to understand molecular evolution of infectious agents such as antibiotic resistance mechanisms for identification of drug targets and novel therapeutic agents. My Ph. D research mainly focuses on the isolation of antimicrobial peptides targeting drug resistance bacteria. My doctoral research also focuses on the peptides aggregation and their structure activity relationship in neurodegenerative disorder. Expertise in structural bioinformatics, experimental microbiology, and molecular biology.
