Dendrimer Mediated Drug Targeting

Dendrimers are hyperbranched, monodispersed, three-dimensional macromolecules of nanometric size. PAMAM dendrimers are the most explored and potential dendrimeric nanocarriers for effective drug delivery in the management of diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, glioblastoma, cancer, etc.
