Admissions to Integrated Programmes- 2013-14

Counselling-cum-Admission Round for Integrated Programmes 1. Revised Programme-wise Merit Lists Revised Programme wise Merit Lists have been put up on the website www.curaj.ac.in separately. All the valid information/data received upto 3.00 pm on 26th June 2013 have been taken into consideration, subject to verification of the relevant documents. Students must note that the ranking in the Merit Lists is likely to change on verification of the relevant documents. 2. Counselling-cum-Admission Session The Counselling-cum-Admission Session for admissions to the various Integrated Programmes will be held as follows: A. Integrated M.Sc. B.Ed. Programmes All eligible applicants, who have applied for admission to the following programmes of Central University of Rajasthan, have passed the XII Std. examination of a recognised board and have valid CUCET-2013 score, are required to be physically present for counselling-cum-admission scheduled at 10:00 am on Tuesday, the 2nd July, 2013.

B. Integrated M.Sc. Programmes All eligible applicants, who have applied for admission to the following programmes of Central University of Rajasthan, have passed the XII Std. examination of a recognised board and have valid CUCET-2013 score, are required to be physically present for counselling-cum-admission scheduled at 10:00 am on Wednesday, the 3rd July, 2013.

3. General

 A candidate who has applied for admission to any of the Integrated Programmes of Central University of Rajasthan, has appeared for the CUCET 2013 test (held on 1st/2nd June 2013) but whose name does not appear in the Revised Merit List can also attend the Counselling-cum-Admission session.

 Counselling-cum-Admission will be done simultaneously for all the programmes scheduled on the day giving due consideration to the merit, subject to availability of seats and reservation rules.

 Opportunity will be given to provide XII marks to those who have not already done so, prior to counselling-cum-admission session.

 The merit list will be revised taking into account the data provided by the students on the counselling day.  The revised merit will be the basis for selection.

 Admission is provisional and is subject to satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria, verification of certificates and marks cards, and other conditions.

IMPORTANT:

 Only those who are present at the Counselling-cum-Admission Session will be considered for admission. Those who are not present will not be considered.

 Students who are offered admission, will have to submit the relevant certificates (as given below) in original, pay the necessary fees for the First Semester (Rs. 3800/=), hostel fees (Rs. 1800/=) and Mess Advance (Rs. 3000/=) immediately on the same day, either in cash or by bank draft, failing which their admission will be cancelled. They will forfeit their+ right to admission, and the seat will be offered to the next eligible student in the order of merit. No partial payment of fee is acceptable. Moreover, it may be noted that the University hosts Bank of India, CU Raj Branch as well as the Bank of India’s ATM facility.

 If, in a Programme, one or more seats in a reserved category(SC/ST/OBC) remain vacant, and no student from the concerned category is present at the Session or is present but not accepting the admission offer, such vacant seats will be inter-converted and converted to General Category as per norms and will be filled accordingly in the same Session.

 If all the seats in a programme are full, the Programme-wise Waiting Lists will be prepared on the basis of merit of the students who are present at the Counseling Session. In case a seat becomes vacant due to cancellation, it will be offered to the students in order of merit in the Waiting List.

 Second Session of Counseling-cum-Admission will be held only if seats remain vacant after all the Waiting List is exhausted. Check List of documents to be brought for Counselling Session: -

(f) Transfer / Migration Certificate
(g) Caste Certificate, if applicable
